Pat Canning, MD
Pat Canning, Managing Director
Pat Canning is a director level consultant experienced in estimating, tendering, procurement, quantity surveying and dispute resolution in the Asia Pacific region and is currently based in Perth.
Pat’s career has over 16 years of quantity surveying experience in the commercial building sectors including residential, commercial, hospitality, healthcare and infrastructure.
His experience is international spanning Europe, Asia Pacific and Australia regions.
Pat’s strong quantity surveying background has allowed for the development of specialist expertise in estimating, tendering, procurement and cost risk analysis, and forensic cost analysis on complex projects. He is a member of the Australian Institute of Quantity Surveyors and an approved Certified Quantity Surveyor.
Pat provides construction cost consultancy advice to developers, architects, structural engineers, main contractors and subcontractors to assist in managing the quantity surveying activities to construction contracts on projects across several sectors, including building construction, power and major infrastructure projects.
